One of the biggest benefits of learning how to cook is the positive effects it can have on one’s health. When kids learn about cooking at a young age, they start understanding about the properties of different foods, what’s good for them and what isn’t, and how to mesh different ingredients together for a delicious, creative meal to share with others.

GDS COOKING ART CLASSES

FOR AGES 2-3Y

Bring your 2-3 year old and join us in a brand new cooking class at GDS where kids will learn to bulid language and math skills through fun and play with food! We will use fun recipes every week to lay the foundation for healthy eating habits, while exploring your child’s senses and boost their confidence in trying new things! Class will also include story time, foodie art exploration, and of course, lots of eating!

FOR AGES 3-4Y

Cooking Art Class 3-4Y will introduce kids to more challenging recipes! In this class, students will learn about language, math, communication and science skills! Also, Cooking Art is a great way to help kids build confidence, explore their 5 senses, and learn about healthy eating habits! Each project takes one and half hour to complete. Each class includes a story time, cooking, art exploring and of course, eating! All recipes are HEALTHY & ORGANIC. Let the cooking begin!

FOR AGES 4-6Y

At this level, kids will not only learn about health and nutrition, but also how to independently create art with food. Each class will also be accompanied by an in-class art projects while our masterpieces are cooking away. Let the cooking begin!
