One of the biggest benefits of learning is the positive effects it can have on one’s health. When kids start learning how to cook they also learn about the properties of the food they use in their creations, giving them a better awareness of what’s good for them and what isn’t.
FOR AGES 2-3
In this class, students build language and math skills, through play and fun lay the foundation for healthy eating habits, get encouraged to explore with their 5 senses, boosts confidence. Projects take 50 min to complete and may include healthy and organic recipes such as Vegetable Soup, Fruit Salad, Honey Peanut Butter Treats, and A very Hungry Caterpillar Sandwich. Each class may includes a story time, a foodie art exploration and eating time.
FOR AGES 3-6
In our newly updated Cooking Art classes designed for 3-6 year olds, kids will not only learn about health and nutrition, but also how to independently create art with food. Each class will also be accompanied by an in-class art projects while our masterpieces are cooking away. Let the cooking begin!
