One of the biggest benefits of learning to cook is the positive effects it can have on one’s health. When kids start learning to cook, they also learn about the properties of the food they use in their creations, giving them a better awareness of what’s good for them and what isn’t. In our newly updated Cooking Art classes designed for 3-6 year olds, kids will not only learn about health and nutrition, but also how to independently create art with food. Each class will also accompanied by in-class art projects while our masterpieces are cooking away. Let the cooking begin!
